1. 退貨與開封原則｜Product Opening and Returns

依《消費者保護法》第19條規定，下列情形不適用七日鑑賞期：
Under Article 19 of the Taiwan Consumer Protection Act, the 7-day cooling-off period does not apply to:

  1. 客製化商品（例：能量蠟燭、符文、儀式包）。
    Personalized/customized items (e.g., energy candles, rune charms, ritual kits).
  2. 已拆封或使用且無法恢復原狀之商品（例：噴霧、油品、線香）。
    Opened or used products that cannot be restored for hygiene reasons (e.g., sprays, oils, incense).
  3. 已啟用或下載之數位內容（例：線上課程、音檔）。
    Digital content that has been accessed or downloaded (e.g., online courses, audio files).

⚠️ 商品一經開封、啟用或下載，即不可退貨。
Once opened, activated, or downloaded, products cannot be returned or refunded.

⚠️ 若商品瑕疵或寄錯，請於收貨七日內與客服聯繫。
If defective or incorrect, please contact support within seven (7) calendar days after receipt.

2. 禁止轉售｜Prohibition of Resale

  2. 若發生爭議，雙方應先行協商；協商不成時，以臺灣臺北地方法院為第一審管轄法院。
