濫用或舞弊（刷單、退貨套利、惡意多帳等）將取消資格並保留法律追訴權。
Abuse/fraud (gaming returns, multiple fake accounts, etc.) results in termination and legal action.
會員資料異動請即時更新；因未更新致通知遺漏者，本公司不負補償責任。
Update your profile promptly; we aren’t liable for missed notices due to outdated info.
違反規章、惡意行為或不當使用者，青鳥有權終止會籍。
Bluebird reserves the right to suspend or revoke membership for misuse or irregularity.

非台灣訂單：免運券/每月免運不適用；其餘規則一致。

爭議由臺灣臺北地方法院為第一審管轄法院。
