1. 退貨與開封原則｜Product Opening and Returns
依《消費者保護法》第19條規定，下列情形不適用七日鑑賞期：
Under Article 19 of the Taiwan Consumer Protection Act, the 7-day cooling-off period does not apply to:
- 客製化商品（例：能量蠟燭、符文、儀式包）。
Personalized/customized items (e.g., energy candles, rune charms, ritual kits). - 已拆封或使用且無法恢復原狀之商品（例：噴霧、油品、線香）。
Opened or used products that cannot be restored for hygiene reasons (e.g., sprays, oils, incense). - 已啟用或下載之數位內容（例：線上課程、音檔）。
Digital content that has been accessed or downloaded (e.g., online courses, audio files).
⚠️ 商品一經開封、啟用或下載，即不可退貨。
Once opened, activated, or downloaded, products cannot be returned or refunded.
⚠️ 若商品瑕疵或寄錯，請於收貨七日內與客服聯繫。
If defective or incorrect, please contact support within seven (7) calendar days after receipt.
2. 禁止轉售｜Prohibition of Resale
所有商品與創作內容僅限個人使用，不得轉售、轉讓或再行授權。

This Policy and Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). - 若發生爭議，雙方應先行協商；協商不成時，以臺灣臺北地方法院為第一審管轄法院。
In case of dispute, parties shall first negotiate in good faith; failing that, the Taipei District Court (Taiwan) shall have jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
